A laugh a day can keep the blues away!!! Sometimes, we get so stressed out because of everyday things that may help bring us down. Having a good laugh with friends and family can immediately make you feel better, no matter what you are facing.
One thing that I have learned throughout my own illness, is that laughing can help empower you while dealing with any condition that you may face. Take time to watch a funny movie or observe your children or pet whenever they are being silly, especially when you are feeling blue. Renew your spirit and your sanity by laughing as much as you can throughout each day.
